Prior to founding Kunity, Hebe served as executive and co-founder of Colliers International and CCRA, respectively. During her tenure career, Hebe served a large number of internationally renowned clients: PwC, Oracle, Cummins, Hyundai Auto Finance, Fresenius Kabi Pharma, SAP, etc.; It covers PwC's 40,000 square meters headquarters plus hub office workplace consulting services, Cummins industrial cleanroom leasing services of 26,000 square meters, and the establishment of Hyundai Auto Finance China headquarters, with more than 16,000 square meters; Since then, with the gradual weakening of foreign investment in China, China's private enterprises and unicorns have grown rapidly, as well as Internet giants have gradually become the main player in China's office market demand.
